Easy Day

Columbus weekend started with Cristin realizing a project was going to consume her weekend.  She forgot to add in the magic factor of 7.5 which is roughly the discrepancy between her estimated and actual work time.  I made a last minute call to Gaga on friday night which set us up for a trip to Chatham on saturday.  After soccer and gymnastics I threw the ladies in the car and suffered through 60 minutes of kids music.      The kids had a very fun day which included Jeep time, lawn surfing, leaf jumping, tree climbing, bikes and scooters, napping in a big girl bed (Ellie) and a trip to the playground with the grandparents (Phoebe).  We capped off the day with a solid dinner and Friendly’s ice cream cupcakes (two for me).
