SPEED!

For reasons unclear to me, Phoebe has never been enthusiastic about her motorized vehicle.  Clearly it is not an issue of speed or accelerations (see here).  Perhaps she gets the same feeling of anxiety that we get when you are stuck behind someone and you are trying to get somewhere.
