Christmas: Part 2/3

Christmas Day Eve we took the ladies to Poppi and Tootsie’s for more presents.  Ellie hadn’t napped in the morning or in the car trip up so I ended up walking her around the Hills while the cousins opened gifts.  Poppi and Tootsie gave Phoebe a very cool magnetic construction set which has, for the moment, taken the place of train play at bed time.  Lindsay and Olivia showed up with the christmas presents that Santa had brought:  a guitar and a trumpet.  Santa is a sadist for sure.  Above: Olivia knows how to look cool holding the guitar.  Below: Ellie in her gold shoes with Poppi.

Above:  Dave heads outside with the ladies coinciding with an immediate 20db drop in the noise levels.  He once dreamed of being a roadie for Exit Wound but toting the untunable guitar will have to do.  Below:  I don’t know what song they are singing, partially because my hearing doesn’t really respond well to that frequency band.
