Not Our House
The house pictured below recently changed hands for 100K which wreaked havoc with the automated appraisal models used in our recent refi. So much for employing basic statistics (identifying outliers). Phoebe and I had a great time at swim lessons where she impressed the instructor with her vigorous arm and leg motion, which somehow was unable to produce any net forward motion. This is not surprising to her father who once demonstrated to a swim class that he could actually kick himself backwards. Following swim we went for a stroll. Phoebe then had her lunch and part of her mom’s lunch (fish tacos) followed by a good portion of her dad’s lunch (Ben and Jerry’s coffee heath bar ice cream). Dinner at Chili’s and a viewing of songs from the original Jungle Book on youtube capped a fun day. Actually, a discovery that Phoebe’s book “Truffle and Rosalie” teaches rather adult themes about the importance of dating multiple partners (pigs) before choosing your mate capped the day. That is literally the lesson in the book. Who gave us that book? Please fess up.
