After it was determined that Phoebe needed some time away from 50 plague-ridden children, Cristin and I panicked and perused the various nanny websites.   We found the perfect person and serendipitously she was available and everything worked great.  We were hoping she would stay until Phoebe was 26 but she had bigger plans.  Thanks Rachael.
